Weekend Warrior Workout – Interval Ascender Workout

 

 

 

 

Switch it up with this time interval ascender! The rest and work period will increase as we go! You can determine if that is a good or a bad thing!?

 

Here is the workout:

 

Complete exercises 1-5 in order while following the time description below

 

1 – Push ups – 10 seconds work and 10 seconds rest

2 – Burpees – 20 seconds work and 20 seconds rest

3 – Hand walkouts – 30 seconds work and 30 seconds rest

4 – Jump squats – 40 seconds work and 40 seconds rest

5 – Jumping jacks – 50 seconds work and 50 seconds rest

 

Rest one minute between rounds. Perform 5 rounds.
