Grab a single kettlebell and get in a quick workout with this Weekend Warrior Workout.
To do this workout, complete two rounds of this circuit as quickly as possible, without setting down the kettlebell (maintaining good form.)
 
Rest for 90 seconds after every two rounds.
 
 
Complete a total of 6 rounds.
 
 
Hanging Squat – 5 reps
 
Swing – 5 Reps
 
Goblet Clean
– 5 Reps
 
Goblet Squat
– 5 Reps
 
Push Press – 5 Reps
