What is a little known fact about you:
I like to go skydiving.  
 
 
Current fitness goals:
My current fitness goals overall are to just be stronger, I want to improve my upper body strength since I have never been able to do a pull-up and I am working on being able to do them.
 
What made you want to make a career out of health and fitness:
When I was in high school I had this amazing anatomy teacher that really got me interested in how the body works. After my grandpa had a heart attack that really made me want to go into cardiac rehab because I saw what my grandpa had went through during that whole process. I have always enjoyed fitness and working out so being a coach I can help motivate other people to reach their fitness goals, while also trying to reach mine.
 
What did you want to be as a kid:
As a kid I always wanted to be a crime scene investigator or FBI agent.
 
Favorite health food
: My favorite health food is fruit, especially strawberries and raspberries.
Favorite cheat meal:
Anything spicy, I love hot wings, tacos, and nachos.  
 
 
Favorite exercise:
My favorite exercise would probably have to be deadlifts or RDL’s.
 
Least favorite exercise:
My least favorite type of exercise is probably running just because I get bored with running easily.

What are you majoring in:
I have my Bachelors in Exercise Science, and I am currently getting my Master’s in Exercise Physiology.
 
What hobbies do you have:
I like to go skydiving and longboarding, I also like to go hiking and do pretty much anything outside, and I love going to the beach.
 
What do you like about PF so far:
So far one of my favorite things about PF is all of the members, they always have such great attitudes and are happy to see us when they come in. All of the coaches are great too and they make me want to improve as a coach.
