Weekend Warrior Workout – September 24, 2016

All you need is a single dumbbell (or kettlebell) for this Weekend Warrior Home Workout.
 
Grab a weight and get after it!
 
Complete the exercises in the order that they are listed.  The first round, perform 10 reps on each exercise.  The second round, complete 9 reps on each exercise.  The third round, complete 8 reps on each exercise.  Continue counting down until you reach 0.
 
Rev. Lunge (each leg)
BO Row (each arm)
Pushups
Leg Drops
Burpees
