#1 Fat Burning Exercise

We often get asked from our personal training clients at Performance Fitness about our favorite exercise for fat loss. 
 
 
That answer is simple.  And it’s one that most people don’t think of…Table Push-Aways.
 
Sometimes it takes our members a minute or two in order to figure out exactly what we’re talking about.  (Go ahead…you might not have it figured out yet.)  😉
 
You see, getting a “six-pack” or losing weight is approximately 80-90% about your nutrition.  If you’re eating too much as well as the wrong foods, at the wrong times, it becomes that much harder to reach your weight loss goals.
Sure we can workout for hours on end trying to burn off the extra calories that you are consuming.  A lot simpler and easier way to do that is to simply eat less.
 
Keep this in mind the next time that you sit down to eat.  To get yourself closer to your fitness and weight loss goals…simply “push yourself away” from the table!
