Weekend Warrior Workout – September 17, 2016

Need a quick bodyweight home workout this weekend?  Try out this workout. 
 
 
Complete as many reps as possible in 60 seconds on each exercise.  Perform all 5 exercises in a row.  Rest for 1 min between rounds.  Complete up to 5 rounds.  Remember to push hard, but maintain good form.

Lunges
V-ups
Mountain Climbers
