Single Kettlebell Workout
 
 
Warm up for 5:00 to 10:00 minutes.  Grab a medium to heavy kettlebell.  Perform the exercises in the order listed below.  Complete 3 – 5 rounds.
 
Hand to Hand Swings – 20 total
Single Arm Bent Over Row – 10 each
Offset Squat – 8 each
