Technique Tip: SHELC Runners

SHELC Runners
 
 
SHELC Runners are the next progression (harder exercise) after SHELC’s.  SHELC Runners are also used to target your hamstrings.
 
All that you need to perform
SHELC
’s is a pair of (carpet) sliders .
 
To perform:
Lay on your back, with your knees straight and the back of your heels in the middle of the slides
Drive your hips up as high as you can, driving your belly button to the ceiling
Pull one heel in as close to your butt as you can
Slowly slide that same leg back out to the starting position
Repeat the exercise on the other leg
Complete the required number of reps
