Weekend Warrior Workout – Bridge Version

Bridge variations are a great way to work your posterior chain (hamstrings and booty).  They are also a great way to keep your back safe!
 
Try out this bridge progression!!  Remember to master one movement BEFORE moving onto the next movement.
 
Here’s the progression:
-Hip Bridge
-Box Hip Bridge
-Stability Ball Hip Bridge
-Stability Ball Leg Curl
 
Coaches Corner:
-Remember to pin your shoulders to the ground to improve your posture
-Widen your hand placement for more stability
-Lift your hips as high as possible while bracing your core
-Enjoy your “booty gainZ”
