Weekend Warrior Workout – Crawling

You’ve gotta crawl before you can walk.
 
Use these crawling exercises to improve your core strength!
 
-Bird Dogs
-Quadruped Isometric Holds
-Bear Crawls
-Spider Crawls
 
Once they become easier, increase the distance of your crawls
 
Keep your core tight and hips level.  Imagine there is a tennis ball sitting on your lower back and you’re trying to not let it roll off.
 
Move your opposite foot and opposite hand at the same time.
 
Make sure to move your hands and feet the same distance whenever you are “stepping.”
