PF Kitchen: Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 scoop protein powder (chocolate or vanilla – vegan or whey)
  • 2 tbsp raw honey
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2-3 tbsp semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Mix ingredients well
  2. Form into small with hands
  3. Store in air tight container in fridge
  4. Enjoy!

Makes 20 balls.  (per ball) 123 calories, 9g carbs, 7g fat, 4g protein
