Weekend Warrior Workout – Simple Circuit

Perform 3 rounds, in the form a circuit, of the exercises in the order that they are listed below. Complete 15 reps on each exercise.
 
1 –  Suspension T’s
2 – See Saw Overhead Press
3 – Elevator Squat
4 – Slider Leg Curl
5 – Slider Wax On Wax Off
 
Keep an eye on your form. With a higher rep count is easy for form to get sloppy.
 
Try and synchronize your breathing with your reps.  Always try to exhale during the hard part and inhale during the easy part.
 
“Lock in” your core on every rep of every exercise.  Every exercise is a core exercise!
