Weekend Warrior Workout – October 14, 2016

Weekend Warriors!  All that you need for this workout is a kettlebell or dumbbell for this Weekend Warrior Workout.
 
 
 
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 min. while maintaining good form.  Take breaks as needed.
 
Pushups
– 20 Reps
Bent Over Row
– 15 Reps (each side)
Hanging Squat Jumps – 10 Reps
V-ups – 5 Reps
