PF Kitchen: Protein Pancakes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1⁄2 cup oatmeal
  • 1⁄2 cup cottage cheese
  • 3 egg whites (2/3 cup)
  • 2 packets of stevia
  • Cinnamon to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Grease skillet with pam and bring to medium heat
  2. Mix ALL ingredients together in bowl (or puree in food processor)
  3. Cook on skillet for about 2 minutes, then flip and leave on heat until firm.
  4. Top with Walden Farms Pancake Syrup or Cinnamon
