Can’t make it to the gym this weekend?  Try out this quick “Deck of Cards” Workout!
 
Only use the 10’s, Jacks, Queens, Kings, and Aces.
 
Shuffle the cards.  Draw one card at a time and perform the corresponding exercise with the appropriate number of reps.
 
10 = 10 Reps
Jacks = 11 Reps
Queens = 12 Reps
King = 13 Reps
Aces = 14 Reps
 
Hearts = Pushups
Diamonds = 2 Point Rows
Clubs = Goblet Squats
Spades = Jump Lunges
