What to do:
Set a 30-minute timer.
Perform 6 reps each side at the top of each minute and rest for whatever time you have left before the next minute.
Perform 6 rounds.
If you need some rest along the way, take a minute break between rounds.

Single-arm kettlebell overhead press
Single-arm kettlebell row
Plank with a reach
